Fix 619 Appliance Repair Privacy Policy
Effective September 30, 2026. This policy covers the independent appointment service at book.fix619.com, operated by DYNAMICALI as Fix 619 Appliance Repair.
Information we collect
When you book, we collect your name, phone number, street address, ZIP code, requested appointment date and arrival window. We do not ask for your email address or payment card information. We may also record the source of your visit and attribution parameters provided in the link you used, including UTM parameters and a Facebook click identifier (fbclid).
Our hosting and security providers process technical information such as IP address, browser information and security challenge results. The application uses a salted hash of an IP address for short-lived rate limiting rather than storing the raw address in its booking records.
How we use information
We use this information to arrange and manage appointments, contact you about your visit, administer services, prevent fraud and abuse, and understand which advertising links result in appointments. Appointment calls and texts are transactional. Booking does not enroll you in marketing messages. Message and data rates may apply.
Service providers and sharing
Cloudflare provides hosting, database and security services. Google Workspace delivers appointment notifications to our business mailbox. Authorized staff can access appointment details. If enabled, communication providers deliver appointment notifications and transactional messages. We share only the information needed to provide these services, comply with legal obligations or protect our customers and business. We do not sell your personal information.
Advertising and cookies
Booking does not require advertising cookies. Attribution parameters remain in the current form session until you submit and are then stored with the booking. If Meta measurement is enabled, it runs only after you choose the optional advertising measurement consent and successfully book. We do not send your name, phone or street address in the advertising event. Declining measurement does not affect booking.
Cloudflare may use cookies necessary for security, fraud prevention and administrator sign-in. We do not load Meta tracking when measurement is not configured or consent is absent.
Retention
Booking records are normally retained for up to 24 months after the appointment for service administration and customer support, then removed from the active booking database. Records may be retained longer where legally required or for a documented dispute. Short-lived security rate-limit data expires automatically. Backup copies may persist briefly under the hosting provider’s recovery processes.
Security
We use encrypted connections, server-side validation, restricted administrator access and other reasonable safeguards. No method of transmission or storage can be guaranteed completely secure.
Your requests
To request access, correction or deletion of your booking information, contact support@fix619.com or call (619) 268-8881. We may ask you to verify your identity before responding. Some records may need to be kept to meet legal obligations. You can decline optional advertising measurement by leaving its checkbox unchecked.
